First, choose your LilaConnect package and place your order online. If you’re still in contract,
select the option to switch using ‘One Touch Switch’.
Once you’re installed and your first LilaConnect bill has been successfully paid,
we’ll send you an email confirming that your eligible to claim your bill credit.
Simply send us a copy of your final clearly showing the account holder name, service address,
Early Termination Fee amount, provider name and date of issue.
We’ll verify it and apply the equivalent amount as bill credit to your account,
up to the maximum for your selected package.

FAQ
Is this cash in my bank account?
No. The amount is applied as credit to your LilaConnect account and deducted from your monthly bills until the credit is used up.
What proof do I need to provide?
You’ll need to send us your final bill or official documentation from your previous provider showing the account holder’s name, service address, current supplier, and the Early Termination Fee amount.
What if my exit fee is more than the maximum?
We’ll credit up to the maximum for your chosen package. Any remaining amount would need to be paid by you.
Do I need to pay my first LilaConnect bill before claiming?
Yes. To be eligible for bill credit under this promotion, your first LilaConnect bill must be successfully paid. As soon as we’ve received payment, your bill credit will be applied to subsequent monthly charges until your credit has exhausted.
When will my bill credit appear on my account?
Once your claim has been approved, your bill credit will be applied to your LilaConnect account within 30 days of validation.
If your claim is submitted close to the end of the 30-day submission window, or shortly before your monthly billing date, the credit may not appear on your next invoice and could instead be applied to the following month’s bill.
There’s no need to worry. Once approved, the full verified credit amount will still be added to your account and will automatically offset your future monthly charges until it has been used up.
Can I combine this with other offers?
This offer can’t usually be combined with other promotions unless we specifically state otherwise.
What if I leave LilaConnect early?
If you cancel before your 24-month minimum term ends, any unused credit will be forfeited, and standard early termination charges may apply.
Do I have to cancel my old provider myself?
No. The offer is open to customers who join LilaConnect by using the ‘One Touch Switch’ process during checkout. Your old provider will be automatically notified about your intention to leave them as part of the switch process.
What if I pay my first bill close to the end of the 30-day window?
Your claim must still be submitted within 30 days of installation. However, if your first bill is paid close to this deadline or shortly before your billing date, your approved credit may not appear until the following month’s invoice. Once approved, the full verified amount will still be applied to your account.
