First, choose your LilaConnect package and place your order online. If you’re still in contract,
select the option to switch using ‘One Touch Switch’.
Once you’re installed and your first LilaConnect bill has been successfully paid,
we’ll send you an email confirming that your eligible to claim your bill credit.
Simply send us a copy of your final clearly showing the account holder name, service address,
Early Termination Fee amount, provider name and date of issue.
We’ll verify it and apply the equivalent amount as bill credit to your account,
up to the maximum for your selected package.

You’ll need to send us your final bill or official documentation from your previous provider showing the account holder’s name, service address, current supplier, and the Early Termination Fee amount.

We’ll credit up to the maximum for your chosen package. Any remaining amount would need to be paid by you.

Yes. To be eligible for bill credit under this promotion, your first LilaConnect bill must be successfully paid. As soon as we’ve received payment, your bill credit will be applied to subsequent monthly charges until your credit has exhausted.

Once your claim has been approved, your bill credit will be applied to your LilaConnect account within 30 days of validation.

If your claim is submitted close to the end of the 30-day submission window, or shortly before your monthly billing date, the credit may not appear on your next invoice and could instead be applied to the following month’s bill.

There’s no need to worry. Once approved, the full verified credit amount will still be added to your account and will automatically offset your future monthly charges until it has been used up.

This offer can’t usually be combined with other promotions unless we specifically state otherwise.

If you cancel before your 24-month minimum term ends, any unused credit will be forfeited, and standard early termination charges may apply.

No. The offer is open to customers who join LilaConnect by using the ‘One Touch Switch’ process during checkout. Your old provider will be automatically notified about your intention to leave them as part of the switch process.

Your claim must still be submitted within 30 days of installation. However, if your first bill is paid close to this deadline or shortly before your billing date, your approved credit may not appear until the following month’s invoice. Once approved, the full verified amount will still be applied to your account.

Eligibility

This promotional offer is available to existing LilaConnect customers currently on either the 250Mbps or 500Mbps broadband plan.

Offer Details

Eligible customers can upgrade to the next available speed tier:

  • 250Mbps to 500Mbps
  • 500Mbps to 1Gbps

The upgrade will be applied at a discounted rate of £2.50 per month for the remainder of your existing contract term.

After Contract Expiry

Upon completion of your current contract term, you will automatically move to the full price of the upgraded plan, unless you request to revert to your original package. Alternatively, you may choose a new LilaConnect tariff or negotiate a new contract.

Billing

The £2.50 promotional charge will be added to your monthly bill until your existing contract expires. No additional setup or installation fees apply.

Cancellation & Downgrade

If you cancel your contract during the promotional period, standard early termination fees will apply, including any remaining promotional upgrade charges at the higher level. You may opt out of the upgrade at any time before your contract expires by notifying LilaConnect in writing with 30 days’ notice.
